From April 2007 CORGI will be hosting 30 CORGI Events throughout the UK (including Scotland and Northern Ireland). Events will be taking place from April – June in advance of the heating season.
As a valued CORGI Registered Installer, you are a member of one of the most important safety organisations in the UK.
CORGI Events provide you with the opportunity to speak to CORGI face-to-face about your work and the wider heating and plumbing industry. We are committed to not only improving standards in safety, but also our service to you.
CORGI Events will taker place from 8.30am-3pm, including an Open Forum, your chance to question CORGI! Presentations will take place through the course of the day consisting of the following topics:
- The requirements of Bs7967 and use of flue gas analysers (Inc. GID 11)
- Unsafe Situations Procedures
- Micro Generation – Presented by Worcester Bosch
- IGE/UP/1B Edition 2 – Tightness Test and Purging Procedures
- Illegal gas workers initiative

We understand you have busy schedules, so in order to make CORGI Events more accessible to all you can attend at a time to suit you as events will continue throughout the day. Feel free to pop in for a coffee and a chat, or to stay for the whole day: we won’t leave until your questions are answered!
CORGI Events will be presented by CORGI Technical Consultants and attended by local Area Service Managers, Inspectors and representatives of CORGI.
